Your research is important, and getting what you need, when you need it, is critical. This policy explains exactly how we get your peptides to you and our process if anything is not right with your order.
Our goal is to get your high-purity peptides from our synthesis facility to your lab safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
1. How & When We Ship
Order Processing: We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed and prepared for shipment the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We primarily use major, reliable carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier used is chosen to provide the best combination of speed, cost, and reliability for your destination.
Tracking Information: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
2. Shipping Costs & Transit Times
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s destination, weight, size, and the chosen service level. You can see the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you pay.
Estimated Delivery Times: For domestic U.S. orders, you can expect transit times of 3-5 business days for standard service, with faster 2-day and overnight options available. Please note that these are carrier estimates, and while we do our best to meet them, delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
3. Important Shipping Details
Receiving Your Order: Because our peptides are high-value research materials, we recommend that you (or a designated recipient) are available to receive the package. In many cases, we require a signature for delivery on orders over a certain value for added security.
Delivery Completion: Once the carrier’s tracking system shows that your package has been delivered or a delivery notice has been left, the delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after this confirmed delivery.
International Orders: We ship internationally from our facilities. International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and service level. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. Due to varying international regulations, we cannot guarantee delivery if a package is stopped by foreign customs.
Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address.

We stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee that your peptides will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will match the description provided, for a period of 30 days from the date you receive them.
If you receive a product with a verifiable defect (e.g., incorrect sequence, purity not as specified) within this period, we will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund of the product price.
2. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
If you need to initiate a return or report a problem, the process is straightforward:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@chinesepeptidecompany.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide Details: For quality issues, photos or other documentation can help us investigate and resolve the problem quickly.
Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for sending the product back to us.
3. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
The reason for the return is related to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
Please note:
Custom and Special-Order Peptides: Due to their nature, all custom-synthesized peptides are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable defect that is our responsibility.
Return Shipping Costs: For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly to serve you. Therefore, once an order has entered the “Processing” stage or has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
A: If tracking shows a significant delay or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@chinesepeptidecompany.uk immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address. If your order has not yet shipped, we can often update it. Once a shipping label has been created or the package is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

Q: My research has changed, and I no longer need the standard peptide I ordered. Can I return it?
A: We understand that research plans can shift. For unopened, standard catalog items in their original packaging, you may return them within 30 days. However, a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please email us to discuss your specific situation.
