We guarantee that every peptide we ship will match the exact amino acid sequence you requested. Furthermore, we guarantee it will meet or exceed the purity level (e.g., >95%, >98%, >99%) specified in your order and confirmed on its Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

2. Integrity & Documentation Guarantee:
We guarantee that your peptide will be shipped in stable, secure packaging to preserve its integrity. Most importantly, we guarantee that a comprehensive, batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) will accompany your order. This CoA is your proof, detailing the analytical results (like HPLC and Mass Spec) that back up our purity claim.

3. Satisfaction & Resolution Guarantee:
We guarantee that if a product does not meet the specifications above due to an error on our part, we will make it right. We are committed to a prompt, fair, and transparent resolution process.

• Results in Your Specific Experiment. We guarantee the quality of the input (the peptide), but we cannot control or guarantee the output of your unique research assay, as that depends on your specific protocols, materials, and biological systems.

• Issues After Proper Delivery. Once the peptide is delivered as specified and meets its CoA, our guarantee is fulfilled. Proper storage, handling, and use after delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Custom Peptides Used Against Advice. If our technical team advises against a specific sequence or modification due to high risk of synthesis failure or instability, and you proceed, the standard guarantee terms may not apply.

Our Simple Resolution Promise: If Something Is Wrong

We trust our quality, but if you believe a product has not met our guaranteed specifications:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email support@chinesepeptidecompany.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Provide Supporting Information: For purity or sequence concerns, sharing your independent analytical data helps us investigate quickly and thoroughly.

3. We Investigate & Resolve: We will review your case and the batch data from our records. If we confirm the product did not meet spec, we will immediately offer, at our discretion, either a full replacement of the product or a full refund of the purchase price.
